Eagle Express X (EXX) is a premium, weekly ocean freight service by CMA CGM. The service connects China and Los Angeles and further inland via the EXX RailFlash service. The journey is covered in 11 days making it an ideal cost-efficient solution for time-sensitive shipments. As compared to air freight, EXX shipments are not only more budget friendly, they are also more sustainable. According to the Clean Cargo Carbon Emissions Accounting Methodology, the CO2 emitted by EXX is lower than the carbon emissions by air freight.

While cargo transportation from Shanghai to Los Angeles can usually take anywhere between 14 and 40 days, booking EXX shipments gets your cargo transported in 11 days. Cargo coming from Ningbo takes only 1 additional day. All cargo is directly discharged at Los Angeles to the chassis at a dedicated EXX container yard for quick cargo pick-up.
